Tie Down Roper JD Kibbe from Portales, NM won both the Finals Average and the Turquoise Circuit's Year End titles over the weekend, giving him a chance to try to win his second DNCFR title. He was the DNCFR's champion in Pocatello in 2005. Each of ProRodeo's 12 Circuits will send their year end champions and circuit finals average winners to Oklahoma City at the end of March, 2011 for the first DNCFR in Oklahoma City, the 25th Anniversary of the DNCFR. Kibbe wasn't the only Turquoise Circuit member to win both the circuit finals average and the circuit's year end title. Team Ropers Tom Richards and Tyler Getzwiler and barrel racer Sydni Blanchard pulled off the same feat. Kibbe also won the Turquoise Circuit's all-around title, Cutter Parsons from Marana, AZ was the all-around champion of the finals.
