[Nov. 28, 2006] For more than a decade, the National Cutting Horse Association World Championship Futurity and the National Finals Rodeo have concluded on the same day.

But thank goodness, that won't happen this year. The Futurity began Sunday and runs through Dec. 17 at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum. The NFR begins Thursday and runs through Dec. 9 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. By BRETT HOFFMAN

Hometown girl takes 2006 NCHA cutting horse championship
[Aug. 28, 2006] Brittany Sigston competed at the Summer Quarter Horse Circuit of Santa Clara Valley, in Watsonville, held from July 20 to 23, where she competed in Youth Cutting.

It was a long four days, but with a total combined score of 250, Brittany made Circuit Champion and received a bronze National Cutting Horse Association trophy.
