2010 Ride Rank Bull Riding School
Support of Cancer Awareness and
Ride Rank Bull Riding School Purpose
The Ride Rank Bull Riding School is proud to present “Ride Rank for a Cure”, a consolidated effort to increase cancer awareness and supporting those suffering from the disease. With the combination of multiple fundraisers and profits from sponsorships, the Ride Rank Bull Riding School will donate 100% of all profits to two well deserving causes. Half will be donated to the support of breast cancer research and half to Austin Reddick, a bull rider from North Carolina who is in remission from his third fight with cancer.. The 2010 school will be held in Derby, Kansas at Mattox Arena November 11th thru the 14th.
The First Annual Ride Rank Bull Riding School was held in December 2009 and included thirty-seven students from eight states. I developed the school to provide the sport and its athletes a deeper experience than they would find at another school. Our bull riding school operates completely as a non-profit event and gives all proceeds back to those who need it most. Students are placed in a positive environment where they learn how to be good people as well as good bull riders. Tuition costs are close to a quarter as much as those found elsewhere. Students are given the opportunity to win some of the best prizes in the sport which reward them for their hard work and dedication.
The school was able to operate with low tuition's and high expenses due to the help of many generous sponsors who recognized the opportunities rodeo can provide riders at all levels and ages. With the use of multiple outlets, businesses are provided the opportunity to support a great cause while receiving exposure and advertisement opportunities. To increase our ability to make a difference in others lives I am working towards two important goals. First, the school will revolve around the promotion of cancer awareness. Second, I hope to provide multiple academic scholarships which will help students move on to college and get their education. I thank you for taking the time to learn about these charities and considering the possibility to assist us with our dream of providing for others in need. I hope we can help your business while you help all those involved.

Promoting the Cause, Where Your Support Will Go
Austin Reddick
Austin Reddick is 19 years old and lives in Archdale, North Carolina. He went through a bone marrow transplant for Leukemia in January 2010 and is currently in remission. This is the third time Austin has been diagnosed with cancer. Austin was diagnosed for the first time when he was 7 years old. He sent the cancer into remission with repeated chemotherapy treatments. Austin was diagnosed a second time early in the summer of 2009.
Austin has been riding bulls for 3 years. He has been a big influence to everybody involved with the sport of bull riding across the country. Austin is known as being unselfish and always putting others needs ahead of his sickness and troubles. Austin is tough as nails with a good heart. He doesn’t allow his personal difficulties to get in the way of his dreams as he sits in the hospital studying bull riding videos. He says the only thing keeping his mind strong while he suffers is his desire to keep riding bulls and stay around the sport. Austin is an inspiration to many people. The Ride Rank Bull Riding School is asking for all persons and businesses too unselfishly come together to help Austin and his family through their trying times.
Fifty percent of all profits made from sponsorships, donations, silent auctions, charitable events and raffle sales will go to Austin to assist him with his overwhelming doctor and treatment bills.
Susan G. Komen for the Cure
Breast Cancer is quickly becoming one of the deadliest diseases in the world. One in eight women will be diagnosed with some form of breast cancer. While talking to those closely associated with the Ride Rank Bull Riding School I discovered every person has been affected by the disease one way or another. I heard stories of close friends losing mothers, grandmothers, sisters and friends. My partner and main school supporter, Carter Hall, recently lost his grandmother to the disease. Carter is dedicating this year and every minute of his free time to promoting our fundraiser in the memory of his grandmother and best friend. By adapting the color pink we will be able to raise awareness not only in the rodeo world, but all across the country.
The second fifty percent of profits will be given to Susan G. Komen which is dedicated to research and assisting those affected by breast cancer.
Almost all of us have been affected by breast cancer in one way or another. For the year of 2010 I ask all people to get behind this great cause and let us use our blessings to bless someone else.

First Annual Ride Rank Bull Riding School Comments
Hey Ricky I just wanted to write and tell you it’s hard to put into words how much this school helped me.
It didn’t just help me have a better understanding of bull riding, but I really feel like my eyes have been
opened in my everyday life. Today was definitely the first day that I have ever felt relaxed before getting
on a bull. He fought me in the chute and I just knew in my heart I’d be fine and I was very pleased with
the outcome. I have a lot of work to do, but I know it’s going to be a lot of fun. I just want to thank you
for helping me out and opening my heart to what’s truly important in my life.

Ricky, I don’t know how or where to start, but thanks so much. I had a blast this weekend. I can’t wait
till you have another school because we will be back. Thanks so much, good luck, and God Bless!
Colt James Campbell, Student
I wanted to say thank you for putting on that bull riding. You made my brothers day. He won his first
buckle there. The thing that really caught my eye was when you talked about how you were going to
teach them about Christ and how he plays a role. That is great, there is not enough of that in this sport.
There needs to be more people involed in rodeo like you to help spread the word about Christ. Keep it up
and you will be rewarded for it!
Brett Olive, Brother of Brody Olive, Jackpot Buckle Winner
Just wanted to say thanks again for all you taught me. I do not plan on giving up on this dream and I have
never liked anything as much as bull riding. I hope I can go to college and now I plan on using my bull
riding experience to pay for my education!

do it all again in a heartbeat. I can’t say enough how lucky I am to have a great friend like you, thanks.
