This year, the PBR World Finals celebrates its 15th Anniversary in Las Vegas and PBR is jump-starting the two weekend event with a bang at the 2008 Kick-Off Party on Fremont Street Experience on Thursday, October 30. The riders who will be competing for the coveted $1,000,000 World Championship title will be introduced and then will "draft" the bull they will go head-to-head with during the 1st Round of the 2008 World Finals.
The evening will conclude with country music’s latest sensation, the Zac Brown Band, who will be performing on the stage immediately after the draft. Their single, “Country Fried,” is currently one of the top country singles on the I-Tunes charts. Look for special guest performers such as two-time and reigning PBR World Champion Justin McBride (Elk City, Okla.) who recently announced that the World Finals would be the final event in his bull riding career.
The excitement goes down on Fremont Street, just outside of the Golden Nugget at 7:20 P.M. Don’t miss the opportunity to get a personal look at these bovine-battling genetic wonders as they prepare to battle it out over the next two weeks for the title of World Champion and the million dollar bonus!
