2008 Professional Bull Riders World Finals Take Over Las Vegas!

Las Vegas is all about bull riding from the big "kick off party "Fremont Street Experience" on Thursday, October 30th until the "Awards Banquet" Sunday, November 9th.  It is 10 action packed days of PBR excitement for everyone!

There will be 7 rounds of heated competition ending with one man walking away with a $1,000,000 bonus!  The riders won't be the only ones competing.  The ABBI will fill in the weekdays with the final Classic Competition where one contractor will go home with a check for $250,000.  The new bull teams will be competing for $565,000 with the top team taking home $250,000!  In short, lots of money, gold buckles and bragging rights are up for grabs!

There will be 2 official Fan Zones.  The first one will be during the days at the Mandalay Bay with a full schedule of entertainment and things to do.  Once again this year a highlight for the younger crowd will be the Wrangler University with its traditional mutton bustin'; sheep scrambles; stick horse barrel racing; junior bull riding and bull riding seminars by the stars of the PBR! The second Fan Zone will be at the Thomas & Mack Arena opening 3 hours before the event starts it will consist of the top sponsors of the PBR and many interactive booths and entertainment.  These booths will stay open throughout each round of competition.

The entertainment in Las Vegas for fans will be top notched.  From "Official PBR" parties to hotels and casinos holding special events there won't be a minute with nothing to do!  Rodeo Attitude's newest member Stern's County 17 will be featured at the Justin McBride Retirement Party on Sunday, November 2nd at 7 PM as well as at the Final Night Party at the Silverton Casino Lodge.  The Silverton will be hosting parties each night with special guests Brendon Clark, Sean Willingham and Justin McBride as well.  Another special party will be Adriano Moraes' Farwell and Thank You Party to be held November 6th from noon to 2 PM at the South Point.  Fans of course are welcome.  On Monday, November 3rd Rocky's Rockin' Country will host Fancorp's "Bull Pen Bash"

For those wishing to have fun while supporting a great cause the Rider's Relief Fund will be sponsoring two fundraisers on Wednesday, November 5th.  The first is a clay shoot beginning at 9 AM at the Desert Lake Shooting Club and the second is the annual blackjack tournament which is being held at the Golden Nugget this year.

For anyone who loves bullriding and excitement this is the perfect vacation.  Fuel prices are down and there are still tickets available so as they say on the "Price Is Right"....
