Team USA Wins 2008 PBR World Cup[Aug. 18, 2008] The crowd of the Manuel Bernardo Aguirre Gymnasium was treated to an exceptional afternoon of bull riding as the Professional Bull Riders’ premier international event, the 2008 PBR World Cup, concluded. In the end, Team USA left Chihuahua, Mexico victorious with a total of 878 points over four rounds and $100,000 in prize money on August 16-17, 2008. By Katharine Sherrer, PBR
John Susie Overall Champion at Dodge Championship Bullriding[Aug. 17, 2008] After two action packed days of bull riding at the Dodge Arena at the Missouri State Fair it was John Susie who earned the coveted 13th Annual Dodge Championship Bullriding Frontier Trophy Buckle. John rode two bulls for 169.5 points and $1523.25.

Dodge Championship Bullriding Highlights Missouri State Fair Friday and Saturday[Aug. 15, 2008] The Missouri State Fair, Sedalia, MO will host the 13th Annual Dodge Championship Bullriding in the Dodge Arena on August 15th and 16th. The action will be provided by the Extreme Bullriding Tour presented by RodeoAttitude.com. The tour is produced by White Buffalo Productions owned by Todd and Tammy Crase, Winterset, IA and Ryan Skillett, Lincoln, NE. Todd and Tammy made Missouri their home for many years and Tammy is originally from Missouri so to them this is “coming home” and as with anyone they want to give the “hometown” audience a show they won’t forget.
