"Everything Is Gonna Be Alright" hits home. The lyrics are powerful and partnered with the melody is a track you could listen to over and over."
-Dan Diggler, Y96.5/WYZO ( Kalamazoo)

Nashville, TN (October 5, 2009) -- Mark Wayne Glasmire has taken the old axiom, "Have Guitar, Will Travel" to heart, and the well-traveled troubadour heads out on the first leg of his Fall radio tour of Music Row reporters this week. The tour (October 5 - 9) includes visits to 15 stations in four states and supports Glasmire's debut country single, "Everything Is Gonna Be Alright." Mark's guitar, "The Wayne," will be in tow for the duration of the tour. Glasmire hand-crafted the special six-string, and more than a few Program Directors, Music Directors and Disc Jockeys have already placed their song requests.

The tour kicks off in the "Sooner State," with visits on Monday to KITX, KTNT, KREK and KGFY. On Tuesday, he heads to Kansas and visits with KKOW, KVWF, KYEZ and a drop-in at KXBZ. Glasmire wraps Kansas on Wednesday with a stop at KAIR before heading to Missouri, where he'll visit KTKS. He jump-starts Thursday with a early-morning call at the "Show Me State's" KFAV, and follows up with a call on KTJJ. Mark ends the week with a sweep of Arkansas and chats with reps of KWCK, KCNY and KCJC.

"It's a pretty tight schedule," Glasmire says with a laugh. "But I'm really looking forward to meeting the folks who are playing my music and sharing a song or two."

"Everything Is Gonna Be Alright" is the debut single from Mark's newest CD, LIFE GOES ON. The track was recently featured in Country Weekly's Listen Up! section. All of Mark's music is available for purchase at CDBaby, Amazon, iTunes and www.markwayneglasmire.com. For press materials, email somuchmoore@charter.net or call Martha at 615-746-3994.
