Just in time for Valentine's Day, 17 Music Entertainment's Matt Gary stakes his claim as one of the most eligible singles in Music City in 2010 among other young professionals and recording artists such as Jessie James and Gary Allan.

Matt Gary is the blue-eyed "boy next door” who has an undeniable verve for life and good looks to boot! The 27-year-old Kansan turned Nashville resident appears in Nashville Lifestyles annual "Single In The City" feature this month, on newsstands now. A catch for any lucky lady, in addition to being a hunky and talented country music recording artist, Matt is a graduate from the University of Tampa, with not one, but two degrees (a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and a B.A. in Digital Art with Concentration in 3-D Animation).

Now an official member of the Nashville music community, Matt is a bonafide recording artist set to illuminate the country music scene. He launched his own independent label (17 Music Entertainment) and released his debut single entitled “The Days You Live For” in April 2009. The corresponding music video aired on GAC and CMT as well as video outlets nationwide. The tune captured the attention of music industry execs, critics and country music listeners across the country. Dubbed “Who New To Watch in 2009” by CMA Close-up Magazine, recognized with the “Discovery Award” by renowned music critic Robert K. Oermann (Music Row Magazine) and featured as a “Who’s New” artist in Country Weekly magazine, Matt's career as a mainstay artist is written on the wall!

He is set to launch his self-titled album (produced by Frank Myers) this Spring.
