Nashville, TN (July 19, 2010) -- Mark Wayne Glasmire's EYES WIDE OPEN Radio Promo Tour continued last week with a North East corridor run and on-air performances at some "heavy hitter" stations, including: WWBE (Selinsgrove, PA); WAYZ (Greencastle, PA); WFRE (Frederick, MD); WKKW (Morgantown, WV); WWGY (New Castle, PA); WKWS (Charleston, WV); WHKX (Bluefield, WV); WDWG (Rocky Mount, NC); WRSF and WCMS (Nags Head, NC). Glasmire is promoting his current single, "You Opened My Eyes," a track that continues its steady rise up the chart.
The song, from his upcoming LIFE GOES ON album, is not only enjoying chart success, it recently took home the Grand Prize in the Chris Austin Songwriting Competition's Country Division.
Mark is featured in the current AMERICAN SONGWRITER magazine, and more media coverage is in the works. Upcoming shows are set for Texas, Virginia and Wyoming.
