McBride, who currently holds the record for most event wins in one season (eight event wins in 2007), will be recording his newest country music album on July 2, in front of the live audience in Fort Worth, Texas. He has also signed a record deal with Smith Music Group, which produces and distributes the Live at Billy Bob’s Texas music series.
