NASHVILLE - The popular CMA Songwriters Series at New York City's Joe's Pub continues its streak with two sold out performances on Thursday, May 13 (6:30 and 9:00 PM/ET).
Featuring Country Music star Jason Michael Carroll ("Alyssa Lies," "Livin' Our Love Song," and "Where I'm From," all recorded by Carroll), the CMA Songwriters Series provides an intimate glimpse into the art of songwriting.
Joining Carroll will be Brett James ("Cowboy Casanova" and "Jesus, Take the Wheel" recorded by Carrie Underwood, "When the Sun Goes Down" recorded by Kenny Chesney, and "The Truth" recorded by Jason Aldean) and Rivers Rutherford ("Real Good Man" recorded by Tim McGraw, "Ain't Nothin' Bout You" recorded by Brooks & Dunn, "When I Get To Where I'm Going" recorded by Brad Paisley and Dolly Parton, and "She Don't Tell Me To" recorded by Montgomery Gentry). Bob DiPiero ("Southern Voice" recorded by Tim McGraw, "Blue Clear Sky" recorded by George Strait, "You Can't Take the Honky Tonk Out of the Girl" recorded by Brooks & Dunn, and "If You Ever Stop Loving Me" recorded by Montgomery Gentry) will serve as the host for the evening.
