Comstock Or Bust, which is produced by Up The Creek Promotions of LaFayette, Tennessee and owned by Bill Kann, recognizes there is no legal obligation to full fill three-year-old event tickets and campsite sales made by Comstock Windmill Festival for the festival that was canceled in 2008. Mr. Kann, however, would like to regain these fans loyalty to the future festivals and will therefore honor these purchases. If a ticket or campsite order is recorded for the 2010 Comstock Or Bust Festival, he will honor old paid tickets and campsites for the Spring of 2011 Country and Rock Festivals.
