BNA Records think Kellie Pickler's national TV appearance on the ACM awards was a great free advert for her new single.
BNA claims that there was so much demand for the song that it started pressing "white label" (promo) copies to shop to radio almost immediately the show ended.
It's a nice line in PR guys, but I doubt it. Judging by the way the poor girl's voice was shaking, I'd question that as a wise move. But
Even so, hours after she struggled through the song, the label had "Don't You Know You're Beautiful(?)" on download servers for radio to get it airtime.
It's an ok song but hardly the "positive girls’ anthem" as the label claims! It's the kind of music you'd be happy to hear as you window shopped your local Mall, or took an elevator ride.
My View: Chart certainty!
