Steve Holy : Might Have Been

Steve Holy may be about to hit the big time.

"Might Have Been" is a truly wonderful love song on which Holy finally fulfils the promise he has been showing - on and off - for years!

He has an amazing voice, but his past work has been a roller coaster ride rising to heights of brilliance, then plumbing the depths (in terms of Country music) with Hollywood-like production.

This song lends itself to the latter, but doesn't fall into that trap. Instead, it's the vocals that lead the song and the lyrics which fill it! BRILLIANT!

This may well be this guys third number 1, and if it isn't it will, remain the best single he's released.

My View: Straight to the top for this one!
