Brooks and Dunn need to re-invent themselves or face the prospect of premature retirement if their new single, "Put A Girl In It" is anything to go by.
The message here could have been so strong, about how the advertising industry insists that the way to sell anything from a truck to a garden shovel is to put a scantily clad girl in the advert.
But they never quite make the point and you're left with the impression that Ronnie and Kix APPROVE of such practices.
It's a crying shame: these guys can really sing and they've written some of Country's modern classics. Yet they're reduced to this drivel.
I KNOW I'll offend their legion fans out there (if I haven't already) but I wish these guiys would put a sock in it!
