Chris Cagle : No Love Songs

Chris Cagle is one of those frustrating Country singers. One minute he's brilliant, the next he's atrocious.

A friend of mine who runs a label told me the other day that there was a time when getting a record deal in Nashville meant you had to be different.

Now, it seems that you only get a deal if you sound like someone else.

And those who already have a deal but feel insecure seem to spend their time trying to sound like someone else who's having more success.

So "No Love Songs" has Cagle trying to sound like Kenny Chesney at his very worst Nashpop stage.

My View: Absolutely dire! Watch it get to the top ten!
