Chuck Wicks : All I Ever Wanted

Chuck Wicks is getting a lot of promo pushed his way: someone out there is VERY determined that this guy's going to be huge.

And I can see why. Chuck Wicks could well become THE next superstar, the next guy to sell billions of albums to the world.

COULD because his "people" have set their sights on totally the wrong target and because of that, and without wishing anyone ill, I sincerely hope they fail.

Wicks' first single had all the hallmarks of Nashpop - Country music with the Country taken out of it. With this follow up, some careful studio surgeon has carefully removed the very last traces. This is pop music.

So, I suggest Chuck gets "his people" to take a long hard listen to the pop charts, go find some good pop writers and target the pop music audience and charts.

I look forward to seeing him at the top of the charts across the globe, as a pop singer.
