Mark Chesnutt is a true Country singer, and I want you all to go shout that as loud as you can from the top of the nearest building!
His new single stands about as much chance in the "Country" charts as a snowball on an August morning in Dallas, and that's terrible.
"When You Love Her Like Crazy" has basic uncliched lyrics about love. Chesnutt has a Country voice to die for and he can actually sing without the need for pitch-correction software.
The musicians here play like they mean it - that pedal steel is amazing - and the synthesized orchestra stays deep in the background instead of drowning the song in mush as it would if it were Nashpop.
