Only two people have ever offered to die for you . . .
Jesus Christ and the American GI
One died for your Soul, the other for your Freedom!

How often we forget the extend of the love Jesus had for us when he endured torture, ridicule, sarcasm, and an agonizing crucifiction on an old rugged cross. There is no one like Jesus.

It is just as easy to take our freedom for granted. We sleep save in our beds, rise in the morning and send our children off to schools with their biggest worry as what they will wear. Then we jump in our cars and grip about the price of fuel as we head to our jobs most likely in a temperture controled work place. How easy it is to forget the soldiers around the world fighting to protect this freedom. Each night we watch the war on the nightly news, hear about who has died each day and then we head for our nightly activites secure that the fighting is a world away from us. Yes Jesus died for our souls and the American GI dies for our freedom. We are BLESSED!
