Mark Ficken, oops, Dr. Mark Ficken, is a co-founder of the Rodeo Attitude Program, but will always be Rodeo Announcer Mark Ficken to us.

Mark's day job is Superintendent of Schools in Pettis County. He has his doctorate in education and is properly known as Dr. Ficken. Actually, having spent the last decade working with Mark and keeping tabs on his progress on this degree I am very proud to have a Dr. as a co-founder!

On July 21st he was wearing his announcer's cowboy hat for another Rodeo Attitude member, Outlaw Rodeo Productions, at the Salie County Fair in Marshall, MO. In fact all the personnel were great friends of the Rodeo Attitude Program.

The Marshall Democrt-News has published a wonderful picture gallary story of the event with picture of Mark, rides and the other personnel.
