I spoke with Willy's fiance Socha this morning and got the following details. Willy's injuries were occured when he impacted the ground. A renal artery going to one of his kidneys was dislodged causing severe internal bleeding, and his spleen was also lacerated. The Doctors removed all blood flow to the kidney and he is currently functioning fine on one kidney.
