A Chrstmas Message From Cindy Meyers, CEO Rodeo Attitude
The mission statement of Rodeo Attitude begins “To promote the ideals all true cowboys hold dear…” These ideals are: each cowboy or cowgirls God, country, family, friends and the associations they belong to. Throughout history when “modern” man has discovered “new” lands they have also found that the people inhabiting these lands often worship “a great spirit”. The people of the world do not seem to disagree on the fact that there is one superior being. Jews and Christians agree on the entity of God but view Jesus in differently. Both consider this time of year as a major celebration of their faiths. To all we wish the greatest happiness of the season. For me I am a Christian and am very proud to express this to the world. I believe that over 2000 years ago Jesus was born the Son of God, lived among man for 33 years and died on the cross for my sins. He is my Savior. For me there is no greater day in the Christian calendar than Christmas, the celebration of the birth of Jesus. It is easy to get caught up in the “season” and the gift giving. I pray that you will all take a moment to remember the true meaning of this holiday season. As soldiers around the world fight for our freedom to worship; as you pay for those gifts with money that proudly states, “One Nation Under God”; as families come together to share their love for each other; may God be with you and your loved ones. May this be the greatest, most magical Christmas ever!
