Often in this industry it is all about the competitors. We tend to over look the reporters and photographers who bring the magic to our computers, papers or TV's. Rodeo Attitude is extremely lucky to have writers and photographers that contribute to us that is beyond compare. One of these is Mary Rudloff. Mary can not only paint a picture with words that brings to life the magic of the event but can also make her camera "talk". I firmly believe she is one of the top sports writers in America today.
While reporting on the PBR BFTS event in Albany, New York she caught Reese Cates on Red River Bob (Davis/Wilson/Mayo) as the bull practically stood on his head and nearly did a somersault, with Cates still aboard. My comment is not about the bull. My comment is about Mary's ability to catch this perilous situation on film. Just another example of the unique talent known as Mary Rudloff!
