Why anyone would think letting a bull out of a pen was a way of seeking revenge is beyond me. Any animal of this size becomes dangerous when put in an unusual situation especially when tormented. I hope they find a way to charge the offender, I hope he has to pay for the bull and the cost of hunting him down. He might find out getting mad doesn't come cheap! By Angela Evans
