CONGRATULATIONS to Ryan Skillett and Elena Olson who have announce their engagement. Ryan is the co-owner of White Buffalo Productions, the production side of the Extreme Bullriding Tour. He has played a major role in the tour since 2004. He is also the owner of Skillett Construction, one of the tour top corporate sponsors. Elena has been working with the tour for the past two years working with the t-shirt and other merchandise sales and the autograph session. Elena's "day job" is a nurse.
