Fort Worth, Texas (February 13, 2010) –A sell- out crowd at the El Paso County Coliseum witnessed out-standing bull riding for the Casa Ford Tuff Hedeman West Texas Shootout presented by Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino. The 2010 Cinch CBR Tour presented by Mahindra Tractors kicked off this weekend in El Paso, Texas and if the rest of the season is anything like the first event then you won’t want to miss a second.
Clint Craig of Mena, Arkansas took home the second night title and a pair of Hy O Silver Trophy Spurs. Clint rode Double Scoop to a 90.5 in the long go for the top score of the round and then came back and drew Rookie, for an 88.5.
“I drew Rookie on Friday and he about killed me. I drew him tonight as retaliation, I think I proved my point,” said Clint just after his ride. “I’m feeling really good.” Clint continued. “I hope to keep the pace up and I look forward to Nashville next weekend and the rest of the CBR Tour!”
The bull of the weekend was the Mike Sellers bull Here’s the Deal- the bull Jake Littlefield rode on Friday night for a 91.5, the highest score of the weekend.
The Casa Ford Tuff Hedeman West Texas Shootout presented Sunland Park Racetrack & Casino will air on GAC March 2 and March 9.
