It was a Sunday to remember if you were in attendance at the PBR Built Ford Tough World Finals presented by Wrangler. Sunday afternoon in Vegas came early for some but the boys were ready to deliver something special to the sold out crowd of 18,200.

First of all, for those of you that read my news and notes prior to round 5 I'm happy to report that I thought I would bet on the amount of rides we see tonight and by golly I was dead on. It was 24 bull riders that made the whistle and you had to be in the 90 point class to get the share of the money on Friday night.

I just wanted to update a few of you going into tonight’s round 5. Last night we saw a new Dickies Dura bull fighter from Canada. Jesse Byrne has replaced Joe Baumgardner from last week’s accident and there will again be four lifesavers on the floor of the Thomas and Mack arena.

It was reported late last night that there were 2 injuries that needed to be addressed going into the Friday night's round, L.J. Jenkins was listed as probable and has been cleared as of 3 pm pacific to compete.

The Thomas and Mack Arena was alive and buzzing from last night's record setting evening.

Tonight however the feel around the building for the PBR fans was somewhat subdued. The majority of spectators I spoke to were no strangers to the rank pen that was involved in this round. These PBR fans are really keen on what the powerhouse lined up looked like. I'm telling you that most of these fans know the ins and outs of just about every bull that's been on Versus this year.
