OUR MEDICAL STAFF:

* Licensed medical personnel (in their specialized fields) who are highly skilled and trained in sports medicine injuries. All personnel are required to have a minimum of 5 years in the sports medicine field as well they all must be CPR and First Aid certified.

* Our team members assess their personal strengths and weaknesses while pursuing continuing education training and development opportunities, striving to continuosly build knowledge and skills while sharing their expertise with others.

* Our team members identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and use reason when dealing with emotional topics.

* Our team members are always looking for ways to improve and promote quality while demonstrating accuaracy and thoroughness.

* We offer articles and reports related to sports injuries and we help in assisting to answer questions related to the sport of professional rodeo.

PRE EVENT CARE:

* Our pre-event care includes complete medical histories of all participants and personnel. We assist with taping, and wrapping procedures as well as training and assist with preparation for all events.

* Our Chiropractors work with competitors and personnel taking care of adjustments before, during and after all events.


EVENT CARE:

* The Rodeo Attitude Sports Medicine team works at rodeo events throughout the United States. We respond to on-site rodeo accidents and emergencies involving injuries of participants and personnel. Upon arrival at the scene, we make an independent preliminary assessment of the patient(s) condition and select the appropriate care under the given circumstances. We provide treatment within the prescribed limits, conducting and completing the initial examination of the patient(s) to determine the extent and seriousness of the injury. We determine the priority of moving the patient and employ a variety of established emergency medical techniques including working with the local ambulance crew in transporting the patient to the nearest emergency facility if necessary.

POST EVENT CARE:

* Our post care includes working with the competitors and personnel to ensure that follow up care, therapy and treatment is followed. We assist in finding the necessary medical personnel and/ or facility for follow up care.

* Our team members remain in contact with all patients we work with. We assist in helping with any medical needs and requests while offering support.

* Our team offers spiritual and mental health counseling for competitors in a time of crisis. We will assist in finding the appropriate care for competitors, staff and personnel should they require assistance in a crisis.
