OUR MISSION
The mission of the Rodeo Attitude Sports Medicine team is to provide the highest quality care in an environment that stresses excellence, innovation and leadership that is respectful of others, and attentive to the needs of personnel, participants and their families. The Rodeo Attitude Sports Medicine team assures a professional representative organization to receive and represent the views and opinions of sports medicine care personnel and to thus influence the future advancement as allied health professionals. The Rodeo Attitude Sports Medicine team will serve its professional membership through liasison activites, development of professional standards and the development of programs to benefit those whom we serve. The Rodeo Attitude Sports Medicine team works with all types of rodeo sports injuries by bringing with it, highly trained medical personnel in specialized fields and optimizing all available resources.

Professional status of the Rodeo Attitude Sports Medicine Team is maintained and enriched by the willingness of the individual practitioner to accept and fulfill obligations to society, other medical professionals and to the profession of professional sports medicine. The Rodeo Attitude Sports Medicine Team and it’s members pledge to the following code of professional ethics:

The Rodeo Attitude Sports Medicine Team provides services based on human need, with respect to human dignity, unrestricted by consideration of nationality, race, creed, color or status.
Rodeo Attitude Sports Medicine Team does not use professional knowledge and skills in any enterprise detrimental to a contestant or personnel’s well being.
The Rodeo Attitude Sports Medicine Team respects and holds in confidence all information of a confidential nature obtained in the course of professional work unless required by law to divulge such information.
All Rodeo Attitude Sports Medicine Team members understand and uphold the law and perform their duties of citizenship, as professionals and have the never-ending responsibility to work with contestants and personnel in promoting the highest standard of emergency medical care.

Members of the Rodeo Attitude Sports Medicine Team have an obligation to protect contestants, personnel and other team members by not delegating to a person less qualified any service, which requires the professional competence of the Rodeo Attitude Sports Medicine Team and its members.
Members of the Rodeo Attitude Sports Medicine Team will work harmoniously with, and sustain confidence in, associates, other members of the emergency health care system, and all contestants and personnel.
