Question by Kristy L: Can I play a non-traditional song as my processional song at my wedding?
I would like to walk down the aisle to my fiancee and I’s “song”- Shania Twains “From this moment”. (It was always special to us when we were dating, and just hapened to be playing on the hospital operating room the moment our son was born) There is a version on a wedding CD that is only instrumental… what do you think? My entire wedding is very NON-traditional, so would this be cheesy? Or should I keep this part still traditional?
Heres the site- scroll down to click on the title of the song to hear it.
Or.. perhaps I can use it at the end as the Recessional? (Which is what category its is under on that site I believe)…

I think it would be better for the recessional. Just don’t use Canon in D like eveyone does!!
