Question by The Glorious S.O.B.: Who will win the Grammy 4 Best Female Country Vocal Performance?
The nominees are…

“For These Times” Martina McBride
“What I Cannot Change” LeAnn Rimes
“Last Name” Carrie Underwood
“Last Call” Lee Ann Womack
“This Is Me You’re Talking To” Trisha Yearwood

I can’t argue against these five choices, as they set the standard for strong vocal talents. It’s also interesting to have Lee Ann vs. LeAnn again 4 a Grammy. I h8 2 say it, though, but KUZZ, my award-winning country station here in Bakersfield, has only played Underwood’s hit song out of these nominees. & frankly I am gettin’ tiresome of her presence & dread that her overexposure could lead 2 another Grammy 4 her. But if the Grammy doesn’t go 2 Carrie, chances r CBS won’t televise the presentation of this award. O yeah, where’s Taylor Swift? Well, I assume she was just shy of reaching the eligibility deadline, so except her nominations in 2010.

So who do you like? Have u heard these other songs on your country radio station besides “Last Name”? The 51st Grammys take place February 8 on CBS.

Carrie Underwood. She’s way better than the others. All her songs are awesome…
