09 Rule Changes
 

RODEO APPROVAL: pg 16, Rule 7; To be eligible to bring stock to the Finals, the stock contractor must put on five MRCA first approved Rodeos or ten MRCA co-sanctioned Rodeos. Stock contractors may also produce a combination of sanctions with an accumulation of 10 total points, an MRCA 1st sanctioned rodeo is worth 2 points and a MRCA 2nd sanctioned rodeo is worth 1 point.

MEMBERSHIP & DUES: Dues amount, pg 4, Rule 1; Dues shall be set by the Board and approved by members each year. Dues amount for contestants is $85., $55 for personnel.

MEMBERSHIP & DUES: pg 5, Rule 3; Renewal dues shall become delinquent after December 31.

OFFICIAL RODEO RULES: delete both rules, pg 19, Rule 4A; Any Missouri resident may enter as a local, but must purchase card after entering one rodeo. Rule 4C; No one may compete at finals if they have competed at more than one MRCA rodeo without purchasing membership card.

OFFICIAL RODEO RULES: pg 18, Rule 1F: A three dollar timer fee will be charged to barrel racers in lieu of stock charge for electric timers.
