This picture was taken from an airplane. This shot makes the property look smaller than in reality. Justin feels 4 - 8 people could comfortably hunt this property at the same time. In the picture you can see 3 different food plots on the east side, these plots account for 75 acres and currently is planted in wheat. There is not a lot of farm ground in the area around the property so the wildlife flocks to this location. The west 1/2 of this land is a large hill covered in mature oak and is "park like" in appearance with not much undergrowth. There is also a pond and small canyon on this hill and another pond on the north end that is surrounded with cedar.
The north side of this land is the Kansas line and those big Kansas bucks are always slipping down on this property. At the top of this picture you can see a paved road that dead ends at the north of the property. Edna Kansas is 3 miles north on this road and has two cafe's, gas station lumber yard and one of the best schools in the state. Coffeyville is 12 miles west of Edna. There are several attractive lodge and/or camp sites and rural water and electricity go right up to the property.
Justin grew up one mile north of this land and his dad still lives there. Also, Justin can help you find the right people for caretaking, farming, construction etc. This is a great area in terms of good people and not much crime. Edna is a modern day Mayberry.
