Hot Licks is by Hot Colours and out of a mare Jeannie won and qualified for several amateur rodeo association finals on. Jeannie also filled her WPRA permit on his dam when she was 18; running with Sharon Smith's Speed Money in his prime.

Hot Licks has a great style, he gathers and keeps moving nicely around his barrels. Hot Licks has a powerful stride out of the barrels and can handle any type of ground. He is currently being hauled to a few jackpots as the McKee schedule allows. Hot Licks is very quiet and laid back, he walks in very calmly.

Hot Licks has been used on the McKee Ranch to gather and rope cattle in the pasture. He has also been roped on in the arena some. Hot Licks was used to carry the American Flag at PRCA rodeos last summer; he has seen the sites!
