Kassidy has chosen "Stictch" as her favorite partner in her barrel racing. We are proud of this McKee Ranch team!

Stitch is out of one of our Assured Pleasure broodmares and by Dr Nick Bar. Stitch has been hauled to 4d's and is placing in the 1 & 2d. Stitch is very consistent and is gradually adding more speed to his runs. Stitch has a nice style, you set and he rates, he keeps moving nicely around his barrels. Stitch hunts his first barrel and just inhales it. He positions himself nicely for his barrels and does not hit barrels.

Assured Pleasure is the sire of Janet Stover and Janae Ward's NFR qualification mounts Gotewin Bo and Cole and Cole. These horses were both outstanding athletes and very tough competitors. Assured Pleasure is one of the greatest barrel horse sires with a very limited number of colts. Both Janet and Janae's horses were known for out running the toughest competition by a couple of tenths on their day.

Assured Pleasure is by Tiny's Gay SI 106 and out of a Go Man Go mare. The Assured Pleasure mares have very sweet dispositions and are very easy to get a long with, which has been passed on to there colts.
Dr Nick Bar, the Ultimate Barrel Horse Sire took Fallon Taylor to the NFR in the 90's. Dr Nick Bar claimed victories on many trails, the PRCA, AQHA and barrel futurities. Dr Nick Bar earned AQHA points in heading, heeling, and pole bending as well as barrel racing.

Dr Nick Bar was known for his fluid running style, remarkable speed and ability to peel the paint smooth off a barrel!!

Dr Nick Bar is the result of a magical cross of Sugar Bars and Leo Tag. We like the foundation type bloodlines mixed with a little running blood. Our goal is to raise barrel horses with outstanding dispositions and abilities. We are very pleased with the combiniation of Assured Pleasure and Dr Nick Bar. Stitch is definitely a turner, he hunts his barrels and loves to run barrels.
