Matt
Noble and Justin Bevington
By
now most of you have heard
that Justin
Bevington, 23, Lewisburg,
Ohio, brother of stock
contractor, Derek Bevington
was killed and bull riding
producer, Matt Nobles was
seriously injured early Sunday
morning. The two men
were returning to Matt's home
following the bull riding Matt
had produced under his
company, Next Level
Productions in Amboy,
Illinois. Although the
accident is under
investigation authorities do not think drugs, alcohol, or speed
were a factor.
Preliminary thought is that
fatigue may have been a
factor. As we all know
cowboys and cowgirls
especially this time of year
put in very long hours and
many fans are entertained
because they do. Sometimes
we forget the time producers,
stock contractors and their
production teams put in.
Cowboys
take care of each other and Justin
who was thrown out of the vehicle reportedly
tried
to help Matt who was trapped
in the vehicle before succumbing
to his own injuries. An autopsy showed
Justin died of massive head injuries.
Funeral arrangements for
Justin are pending. Our
prayers are with his family.
Matt
is
currently listed in serious condition at OSF Saint Anthony Medical
Center, Rockford,
Illinois. The only way we
can help him now is to
support his upcoming events including August
4th Woodstock, Illinois; August
6th at Yorkville, Illinois, August 8th Belvidere,
Illinois and August 11th,
Mazon, Illinois the Jody
Newberry PBR.. Bob
Sauber of Professional
Championship Bullriding and
the stock contractors want to
assure everyone these events
will be outstanding
events.

Where
are they now? Woody Porter
For
years he was one of the top rodeo
clowns in the Midwest and then he
"retired". I say
that with quotes because these
guys never retire, they just so
select events. What is Woody
really doing these days? He
is the manager of Ponderosa Trails
in Pineville, Missouri. One
of the premier resort areas for
horse lovers in Missouri,
The facility has RV hookups,
stables, tack shop, restraint and
of course riding trails.

R.
Todd Crase Resigns
as Vice President of
Rodeo Attitude
Almost
a decade ago Todd
Crase helped us
start what has now
become the Rodeo
Attitude
Program. He
has dedicated
countless hours to
the sole goal of the
growth of Rodeo
Attitude. At
that time Todd's
youngest son had
just been born and
his middle son was a
toddler and his
oldest was 9.
A lot has
changed. On
May 28th his oldest
son, Dakota, will be
heading to boot camp
for the National
Guard. Todd's
middle son, Colby,
is one of the most
outstanding gymnast
in the state of Iowa
and his youngest
son, Weston, has
began his career in
gymnastics as
well. Over the
years Todd and I got
in the habit of
spending countless
hours each night
working on Rodeo
Attitude.
During this time he
also built the
Extreme Bullriding
Tour to one of the
most awarding
winning bull riding
tours in the
Midwest, judged and
served on the boards
of the BOA and the
NFPB.
We have accepted his
resignation as vice
president that he
might have more time
to devote to his
family during this
crucial time in his
sons lives. He
will continue to be
a member of the
program and to
produce the Extreme
Bullriding Tour and
we will continue as
the Presenting
Sponsor of this Tour
as well.
Johnny
Dollar, Director at
Large, has been
promoted to vice
president.
Johnny has served on
the board for
several years.
He is an avid team
roper and has also
dedicated countless
hours towards the
growth of the Rodeo
Attitude Program.

Professional
Bull Riders Join
Rodeo Attitude
Program
The
Rodeo Attitude
Program announced
their newest
association member,
the Professional
Bull Riders (PBR). Started
in 1994 the PBR has
become the major
league association
in the bull riding
industry. Over
the last decade they
have brought new
fans and focus on to
the sport of bull
riding. The
Rodeo Attitude
Program began as
did the PBR of
humble beginnings in
1996 and has grown
to one of the
largest networking
groups within the
rodeo and Western industries.
Over the last decade
we have watched
several events move
from the venue of a
full rodeo to stand
alone events.
We are very proud of
the progress that
has been made in the
bull riding arena
and the progress the
minor league
associations have
made and the pride
these associations
take when one of
their top riders "moves
up" to the PBR.
Just as football and
basketball have
their minor leagues
and major leagues it
is with great pride
we welcome the PBR
as our newest
member.

Thank
You From Cindy!
I
learned two things this
week. It is
virtually impossible to
keep a secret in this
industry and you are all a
great bunch of
people. For those
who have not heard, after
feeling a little down all
last week, I suddenly began
seeing double and feeling
very ill. After a
week in and out of
Broadlawn's Hospital
having numerous tests
including a cat scan and
an MRI the verdict
is in. I have suffered a
light stroke.
Nothing big, just enough
to mess with my already
failing eye sight
Currently I am seeing
double and will have to
cover one eye for four
weeks and may tire faster
than normal. No more
5 hours of sleep and ready
to go for me for a while
anyway!. In the interim
LoriDee will serve as
acting president. Of
course, Todd Crase will be
at her side helping her in
every way he can. He
has been a great help to
me over the years and with
the help of James Meyers,
our web master, Jonathan
Reece, our assistant web
master, and our board of
directors they will do an
excellent job. I
will be able to be an
advisor only for the next
few weeks. Please
have a little patience
with LoriDee as Todd will
have her shaped up in no
time. Look what a
great job he has done with
me!

LoriDee
Meyers Graduates
I
got to report my oldest daughter
had made me a grandma on
Thursday. I guess I should
have specified I have two
daughters and most of you know our
youngest, LoriDee, who is also the
vice president of Rodeo Attitude
and assistant youth
director. LoriDee had a big
day Thursday, 2/23/06, as well. She
completed her studies at Iowa
School of Natural Health in
massage therapy. Her
future plans are to apply for her
license and to expand her work
load with Rodeo Attitude.
Her first assignment will be Snow
Bull in Burlington, Iowa.

Colby
Crase
The
Rodeo Attitude Youth Board
is a select group of youth
from the rodeo and western
backgrounds that serve in
many capacities within the
Rodeo Attitude
Program. Generally
they represent us at rodeo
and Western events but one
of our members has over the
last few years excelled in a
second sport, that of
gymnastics. The big
news from the Youth Board is
Colby Crase, who has spent
most of his young life
helping out with the Extreme
Bullriding Tour traveled to Chatham,
Illinois on February 18 and
19th to the USTA National
Team Trials. He is attempting to
earn a spot on the National
Team in both trampoline and
double mini. He must
attend to of these try outs
and they will take the top 3
for the team. This
weekend Colby finished 8th
place in the trampoline
overall and will attend
another one in March.
In the Elite division there
is no age requirements
therefore Colby is competing
with all ages from the same
group our Olympians are
chosen from.
Congratulations Colby.
