Rodeo
Attitude Members Rock
Portland
Sean
Willingham won his first
tour title in one of the
most exciting short goes of
the year, but our Rodeo
Attitude Members,
continued to show their
stuff as well in Portland.
First, Travis
Briscoe, won round 1 on the back of our
name sake bull,
RodeoAttitude.com!
What a match up, a rider
and a bull both showing
their "Rodeo
Attitude's".
Travis scored an 88.25 on
the bull that is now owned
by Diamond K Bucking Bulls
to win the round.
The bull was given its
name by Lynn and Rosemary
Rice in honor of their
respect for our
program. Ken and
Connie Kasiner, Diamond K
Bucking Bulls, purchased
him last fall at the Rice
Rach Opportunity Sale
along with several other
top bulls raised by the
Rices. PBR
rookies and Rodeo Attitude
members, Willy Ropp and J.
B. Mauney made their first
appearance on the BFTS a
memoriable one. J.
B. scored an 86.25
for a fifth place finish
in round 1, in round 2
he scored an 86
making it to the short
go. In the short go
he drew one of the bulls
Diamond K Bucking Bulls
purchased from Rice Ranch,
Tequila Splash. The
bull scored 44 helping J.
B. with an overall score
of 88.25 giving him a
260.25 in the average and
a 2nd place finish in his
first event on the Built
Ford Tough
Series. Willy scored a 80.25
to tie Gregg Potter for
11th place in round
1. In round 2 he
rode Itty Bitty Flash for
an 82.75 and made it to
the short go. In the
short go he was
unsuccessful on Red Jacket
but he still ended his
first BFTS event with a
total of 163 for a 10th
place finish. Other
Rodeo Attitude members
Travis Briscoe finished
11th: Wiley Petersen
finished 20th and Jody
Newberry was 26th.Travis
is 5th in the world while
Jody is 7th and Wiley is
13th. Give thses
other two a couple of
weeks and I think you will
see some new faces in the
top 20. The final
