NASHVILLE, TENN. (NOVEMBER 30, 2011) – The Wrangler National Finals Rodeo competition brings together some of the toughest and bravest athletes in the world.

LIVE COVERAGE FOR 10 NIGHTS BEGINNING DECEMBER 1

NASHVILLE, TENN. (NOVEMBER 30, 2011) – The Wrangler National Finals Rodeo competition brings together some of the toughest and bravest athletes in the world. Exclusive live coverage of the WNFR begins tomorrow, Thursday, December 1, 10:00 p.m./Eastern and runs each night through December 10 on Great American Country (GAC). Held at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, the sold out events include professional rodeo’s seven categories -- bareback riding, steer wrestling, barrel racing, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, team roping and bull riding.

Beginning December 4 at 9:30 p.m./Eastern and running through December 10 GAC will lead into the night’s live coverage with Inside the NFR, an insider’s look at the competition. GAC host Suzanne Alexander and rodeo broadcaster/play by play announcer Justin McKee will interview top contenders as well as country stars performing in Vegas during WNFR week including Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, Chris Young, Trace Adkins and Merle Haggard. Roving reporter and country star Craig Morgan, will take viewers backstage to the television compound, offsite to the livestock pens and into the Thomas & Mack Center where an army of workers lay down 1200 tons of dirt.

Tune in to see if eight-time reigning all-around world champ Trevor Brazile breaks all records with a ninth championship.
