How old is to old to start

I am 31 and recently ended my run in MMA. I have always enjoyed watching bullriding and watching how the bullfighters handled themselves in the arena, to the point where I would DVR BFTS events and re-watch them breaking down the bulls and watching the fighters closely. I have recently looked into attending the Sankey Bullfighting in school in Nevada this April, but, would my age put me at a disadvantage when it comes time for organizers to hire fighters? Also, I am not looking at making this a career, I have a great job, but am looking for something to do as a "side thing", such as when I was fighting in MMA.

Thanks in Advance,

Thomas

You should be just fine as long as your in well enough shape, the only real way to know is to try it, a school's a great way to find out though.
