Dean Moyer from Central PA has been raising rodents for 21 years without one problem. Enter on the scene a new female USDA inspector and former HSUS employee Sarah L. Conant and suddenly this guy is told either pay us or get out of the business. This type of mob related activity was once frowned on my the U.S. government and today they are the ones doing it. You will not believe what you are about to hear.
