be tie stalls and no electrical hookups thus far.

are currently looking for someone to volunteer to do
an arena director position just to help keep things
moving along at the finals.

REMINDER
OF PROPOSED RULE CHANGE FROM
JUNE BOARD MEETING:
Rough
Stock events that are approved by the IRCA will count
for year end standings at the finals, but to be
excluded from the All-Around points.
Contestant must still participate in 6 IRCA
rodeos to be eligible for the finals and year-end
awards and can not count the rough stock event as one.
The rough stock event must have bareback,
saddlebronc, and bulls.
No TIMED EVENTS, roughstock only.
At
the board meeting on June 18 in Adel, the board
approved this on a trial basis for this year, for the
rough stock events already approved by the IRCA.
The rough stock events will only count for year
end standings, not all around.
Any event will have to be board approved.
