LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT:

Hello everyone,

Hope all is well. Rodeo season is just around the corner, Please pass the word for people to get there cards bought early. I will not be accepting applications this year. Shirley is the only one who will be taking them and if cards are not bought before the rodeo, points will not count. The finals dates are September 8, 9, and 10th in Osceola , IA. The Osceola board and IRCA board are meeting on a monthly, basis until finals time, If you have questions or concerns about the finials let me or your director know.

I know I sound like a broken record but it's never too early to help your director or the association out by, getting sponsors. Everyone likes to get coats at the finals and everyone has the opportunity to help get these, theres a form right in this newsletter. We will continue with the $100 sponsor program also, last years winner won over $300. We are also looking for a saddle sponsor for the raffle saddle this year.If you know of anyone interested let me know. Also Iam willling to do a colt raffle this year, if anyone has, a colt they are willing to donate, but must at least be green broke. This is a money maker for the association.

We will do the sponsor book again for the finals and these ads can be sold at anytime throughout this year.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATION!!!   

I want to thank Kim Wing for putting a word in at Farmer Mutual Hail Insurance Co of Iowa and getting a copier donated to the IRCA. And thank you Kim and Darin for delivering the copier to my house..

It's never too early to start looking for sponsors. We have two sponsorships forms available in the newsletter; a contestant sponsorship and a finals sponsorship.. These are great ways to support your association.. You could also be the lucky member to win the contestant sponsorship money..

There is a Members Corner in the Newsletter.. As a member if you have any classified ad you, would like put into the next newsletters please get it to me by the 15th of each month and i will be glad to put it in at no charge..

I'm still not sure if everyone has received their saddle raffle tickets.. Please let me know and I can get them to you..

Directors--If any messages you'd like to get out to the members let me know and I'll get it in the newsletter..
