first you may not recognize the name Horse World Designs but you
will recognize our work. You
have seen it on television, driving down the road and at rodeo and
equine events across the country.
Our work is displayed throughout the PBR, PRCA, and
World’s Toughest Bulls and Broncs.
From small window decals and bumper stickers to the graphic
wraps on their trailers you will find the creations of Horse World
Designs. Corporate
giants Wrangler and U. S. Smokeless Tobacco trust in the
professional services and quality products of Horse World Designs.
Owner,
Steve McKenzie, has over 25 years experience in the screen
printing and digital printing industry. He
started in the late 70’s when screen printing was primary the best
way to print graphics. Screen
Printing was at its peak. In
1982 when a little known organization called NASCAR was taking the
sport of racing to a whole new level of popularity, Steve and his
brother John started a company totally focused on the motorsport
industry. The company,
properly named Motorsports Designs, was the first to produce pressure
sensitive decals as the primary means to identify the race cars and
tractor trailers with vinyl numbers and sponsor logos in NASCAR.
Although Motorsports Designs was and still is an outstanding
success, Steve wanted to make a career change.
In 1991 he started his own decal company specializing in
fleet graphic decals.
A
natural sports lover, Steve was still looking for a second niche
that would be as satisfying to him as racing had been.
Then in 1994 he began watching the PBR and PRCA on television and he
knew he had found the sport he had been looking for.
In 1995 Horse World Designs was born and the first
organizations he contacted were Wrangler and the PBR.
His companies’ craftsmanship spoke for it’s self and
today Horse World’s list of clients reads like the who’s who of
the rodeo, bull riding and equine industry.
In
the 90’s the technology changed from screen printing to the
digital printers. Experts
in today’s highly technical method of screen printing, digital
printing, computerized die-cutting graphics; their highly trained
staff is ready to help with your graphic needs.
