Thanks for visiting us! We are located on a small farm in Iowa & have been breeding English Mastiffs for 15 years now. All of our puppies are born in our home with our family. We take great pride in our dogs and extra care with their health & nutrition. Each of our puppies come with a 2 yr. health guarantee against all genetic defects. We want to be sure you understand what is necessary to raise your new puppy into a happy, healthy adult & that a mastiff is the right choice for you so don't be suprised if we ask a lot of questions! Feel free to do the same. We will gladly take the time to answer any questions you may have & will always be here to help even after you take your puppy home. All of our dogs have exceptional temperments but we do try to place them by matching their personality with your family's lifestyle. All of our puppies are AKC registered

The Mastiff is a sensitive, loyal, loving & people oriented breed that will carefully protect its family in a unaggressive manner. They are also wonderful & patient with children. They DO drool and as with most dogs, they shed. It may seem as though they shed profusely but you must remember we're talking about a dog that is twice the size of an average dog. The LAST thing we want is for one of our babies, or any mastiff, to end up in a shelter. That is why we have an open door policy on our puppies. If for any reason you are unable to care for your puppy you may bring him/her back home or we will help you to locate a good new home. The Mastiff bonds very closely with it's family so we require that you carefully consider your ability to care for your new puppy (& specifically what that entails) for it's approximate 10 year lifespan beforehand. We do, however, realize that things happen in life over which we have no control which is why we have the open door policy. We do breed on a limited basis & keep a list of potential buyers for upcoming litters. We will, in most cases, meet you or deliver your puppy to your home. If the distance is too great we can ship puppies to their new home if the weather is not too extreme. You are always welcome to visit us to choose your puppy. We will also email pedigrees upon request. We guarantee a mastiff will steal your heart as no other breed can. We don't "sell" puppies- we adopt out family members.
