AN INCREDIBLE DAY

Kody Lostroh, Mike Lee, Jordan Hupp, Dustin Elliott and Josh Koschelare in Guatemala this week for a trip sponsored by Riding High Ministries to lend support to a children’s feeding group called MANNA.  The riders and RHM director Todd Pierce will document their experiences via photos, video and blogs at www.pbr.com.

What an incredible day for our PBR team. We got to see first-hand whatMANNA is doing in their feeding center program. When we arrived on site, it was in the middle of a filthy town with dirt roads and trash strewed everywhere. The homes were mostly tin shacks with dirt floors, and the children played in the roads along with the cattle, chickens and pigs.

In contrast, the MANNA house was a clean, safe environment where the children received food daily. In addition to food, they are learning basic sanitation, how to serve each other, and the Bible. We handed out our 100 bags of treats along with toys, coloring books, tooth brushes and tooth paste. These folks need our help.  Please consider what you can do.

In service of the King,

Todd Pierce
